• The [Kova] Alliance was created to offer crafting and refining guilds a place to cut their usage fees while still getting the resource return rate from the cities.
• Alliance members get 25% fee while everyone else is 50%
• Zero requirements

What We Offer

• We have a guild island in each city.
• 25% usage fee in all cities. 
• We pay you to feed the stations
